Lord Duncan McNair was a Member of the House of Lords from 1990 to 1999 where he focused on humanitarian issues, campaigning strongly on natural health and education. Since that time Lord McNair has been and continues to be a public affairs consultant to commercial clients and charities and has successfully managed projects for those clients in the fields of consumer products, infrastructure maintenance, international development and human rights.

Melvyn Singer – Chief Content Officer (CCO)
Melvyn Singer, President of the Association of Authorized Public Accountants (AAPA) which is part of the ACCA, and member of the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for small and medium-sized enterprises. He is also a member of BAFTA and The Institute of Directors.
Melvyn is a media specialist accountant. Starting as a sole-practitioner in the early 1970s, in 1985 he was appointed Senior Partner in a London accountancy practice, ‘Berg Kaprow Hay Associates’. He specialised in advising rock’n roll bands, solo artistes, record and management companies, film producers, film directors, other film technicians, and sports personalities.
In 1995 he left the practice to set up London Media Finance, to advise independent film producers on financial packaging, and, in 1998, established, together with others, his first funds under the Enterprise Investment Scheme, raising over £7m towards film production, and many other films.
All films received international distribution, and, wherever possible, Melvyn raised further funds under tax-advantaged investments to improve the return to investors. In total he raised approximately $30m, and filmed in Canada, Luxembourg, and The Isle of Man, to take advantage of government subsidies, and incentives.
At Pinewood Studios, where he was based for 10 years, he lectured on film financing, and has also been a guest panellist at the Manchester and Edinburgh Film Festivals.
